Click the New link and enter the name of the organization.
or
Click the Query Organizations link to search for the appropriate organization(s), then drag the organizations you want from the search results into the Organizations topic.
Click the Save icon.
Tip: Click the Delete icon next to an organization in the list to disassociate it from the object.
